3 changes to make before March 2026 πŸŒ·πŸ“

How's it going Reader?

I thought I'd do a little end-of-the-month review with you so we can discuss what's working or not working πŸ€”

Sound good?

You're welcome to reply and tell me about what you've been up to!

This month my theme was taking action + celebrating it as much as possible.

A few months ago, I wouldn’t have had the capacity to:

start selling consistently,

show up on social media again,

create new resources,

or make decisions about pricing.

It took time, patience, practice, and support to be able to face challenging stuff like this. It was flippin hard 😀

Let's take a look at the details so we can decide what changes to make in March that'll move us forward!

1️⃣ [Thing] Every Day Challenges

Starting 30th January, I did a 21-day "sell every day" challenge.

πŸ‘† My worksheet from Leonie Dawson's 'Big Money, Big Impact' course

(btw you can join her online academy* for $497 $99 per year now! (*aff. link))

I went into this with the aim of going to the marketing gym and strengthening the marketing muscles πŸ’ͺ

My rule was to do something every day that would make my offers visible to someone who could buy them.

Did it work? Yes!!

I made a total of 25 posts combined over LinkedIn, Instagram, here, and on community groups.

I got my posts actually seen on LinkedIn where previously nobody was seein' it.

All this practice definitely helped me feel clearer on talking about my work.

But also I really didn't enjoy posting on the weekends (I wanted to be genuinely authentic on the "every day" aspect).

So I won't be doing that in the future because I don't think it was worth it.

BUT I really liked the 21-day format. It was the perfect length to be inspiring, challenging, but still manageable.

I'd like to do another one next month but I'm not sure exactly what yet (also I need a break omg)

2️⃣ Information >> Transformation

I also revamped my old content repurposing guide into a 3-step transformation (here if you don't have it already)

Well that was very effective because a whole bunch of people signed up for it! (hiiii πŸ‘‹)

Now, I LOVE to research stuff and share the information I've learned.

But I'm realising the best value I can give is to take what I've learned and shape it into a structured transformation or process, both for you and for me.

For next month, let's go deeper on what TRANSFORMATIONS we can provide to others with our work. How can we make it clearer, faster, more structured, etc.

3️⃣ Small Systems Matter So Much

One thing I kept noticing this month was a persistent nagging feeling of being BEHIND.

Behind on what? Not too sure.

There was certainly a fear of 'disappearing'.

I was concerned that I wasn't posting enough or talking to people enough, that I'd lose all momentum and they'd forget about me.

It was extremely helpful to have a content calendar, a weekly planner, and website + social media analytics.

These things gave me physical evidence to look at that I've:

  • posted consistently
  • had meaningful conversations
  • got new subscribers
  • improved my sales funnel
  • done existing client work efficiently

The small systems I have for these things are all producing results.

But the other fear following me was... what if nothing happens?

What if all this effort just leads nowhere?

It's an easy fear to believe when you don't have consistent, daily evidence that your marketing is "working" and people are listening to you.

Once again, we can look back at our recorded evidence.

We can also think in terms of planting seeds 🌱

What seeds are you planting that haven't sprouted yet?

Trust and credibility as a business owner don't grow overnight.

If they're still not growing, we can do some research and buy some compost. Or try planting them in an area with more sun. idk.

The point is, small, repeatable systems can be trusted. They can be relied upon.

In March, let's put trust in our systems, especially when we feel unmotivated or doubtful.

Ok, that's all from me for now.

See you soon,

Damon

P.S. need a content creation system you can rely on? My new content repurposing offers will give you such a thing!
